Traditional Shiatsu
A full body Japanese acupressure massage. Shiatsu follows along the energy channels of the body using finger pressure and stretches and leaves you in an energized and limber state of relaxed equilibrium.

Crainiosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a system of gentle bodywork that uses a light touch to engage with the membranes and fluids in and around the central nervous system. By feeling the subtle rhythms of the body and performing delicate skeletal and fascial manipulations, CST promotes a sense of general well-being and can restore optimal nervous system function resulting in increased relaxation and decreased physical, mental, and emotional pain.

Abdominal Release
Focusing primarily on the abdomen, hips, and thorax this treatment eases tension in the core musculature and viscera. Using techniques from shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and zero balancing it is great for treating abdominal discomfort, constipation, low back pain, and shortness of breath. It also stimulates the lymphatic system and reflexive areas in the belly which helps to nurture full body relaxation and balance.

Reiki, 60 minutes
Reiki is a tradition of pure energy work where the practitioner acts as a channel for universal life force energy, also known as qi or ki. The client receives the qi and is eased into a peaceful state of consciousness where physical and emotional healing can occur.
