Brian is a completely gifted healer and body work practitioner. He is very intuitive and super present during each session. I came to him because of a chronic pain that I knew was something deeper, more energetic, and no other chiropractor or massage therapist could touch it. After just one session with Brian and I felt so much better, more relief and release than I’ve had in years. Highly recommended!!

I’ll start by saying I’m prone to skepticism when it comes to energy work and some holistic forms of medicine. I’ve had both good and not-so-good experiences with alternative body therapy. I just received my first massage/treatment from Brian and I’m nothing short of floored. My body feels entirely different than it did prior to my treatment with him, as does my emotional and spiritual state. Brian is one of those rare talents you seldom come across who is both technically gifted and intuitively tuned-in on a level that defies words. I am so deeply grateful for his service and will be back without a doubt. What a treasure.

Brian is a true healer. I had a two hour shiatsu massage with him twice in the past 2 months and I am looking forward to more sessions with him. Experts are hard to find nowadays, Brian is one of them.

I became so interested in the alert dream-like state that was happening during our sessions that I nearly forgot what had prompted me to schedule a session in the first place. I went for a total of four weekly visits; after the first two a persistent lumbar ache and a general sense of low energy disappeared. It has now been months and they have yet to return.

I have been a patient of Brian's for almost a year now and he has truly been such a gift as an addition to my team of healers. I have a Chronic Illness and before Brian, there was only one other masseuse I would allow to touch me and she is halfway across the country. Every single massage I had prior in life left me in pain, for days. I was super apprehensive and not an easy patient; Brian not only was completely respectful of my concerns, he listened to them, he showed that he had researched my disease and different types of treatment that could be helpful and he proved me wrong that not all massage therapists are not for me. When I got to Brian my entire hip, upper leg and butt area could not even be touched without severe pain for at least 2 years, now it's almost completely gone. Brian is a truly great massage therapist with skill and a true gift. He also has wonderful kindness, professionalism and a genuine concern for each of his patients and their needs & pains. I will never look for another massage therapist until Brian closes his doors.

Brian is the best body-worker I’ve ever had. My family all sees him for everything from back pain, migraines, post car accident, emotional pain, etc. He is truly a 1 of a kind healer and I enthusiastically recommend him to everyone I can.

I've been going to Brian for a few months, and highly recommend him to anyone suffering from pain or stress (so, uh... all of LA, basically). Brian is simply stellar: Educated, Intuitive, Personal & Professional. He provides completely customizable massages each time. I'll go in with a migraine, and come out ready to hike a mountain - seriously. This guy's got the gift.Brian's knowledge of human anatomy is amazing. Is there a PhD for Awesome? Because he's taught me more about my health & body than any doctor has - and healed more too. He has an incredible ability to feel out & pinpoint the root of the problem right off the bat, and we go from there. Brian truly understands how each muscle group is connected - he's found areas in my back & neck (tiny, deep little effers!) that I didn't even realize were contributing to my headaches.Brian's specialty is ... well, everything! Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Migraine, Trigger Point... there is no name for it, it just works! I like to call it "The Brian Ra Special" - usually a mix of techniques catered to what areas are flaring up that day. I particularly go to him for migraine/neck/TMJ treatments, often combined with a sports-type back massage. As a woman, I had my reservations about going to a male therapist - ladies, have no fear! Just GO. (Before, I would only go to female therapists due to one creepy dude experience years ago. I know a lot of other ladies have the same concerns.) Brian will crush those stereotypes in a matter of minutes! He's professional, communicative, personable - just an all around expert I completely trust and recommend to all. I've tried several massage therapists in the LA area, and no one comes close. He's also extremely easy going, and great with working around your schedule and location.

Brian was great! I have never been to a massage therapist before and I had a wonderful experience. He really listened to what the problem was, gave helpful advice, explained why he was doing what he was doing, and was open to any questions or concerns I had. I didn't feel rushed and the environment of his space was really comforting and relaxing. I had very intense lower back pain and stiffness and felt 90% better the next day after going to him. Very thankful! :~)

I cannot say enough good things about Brian! I went in on 4/9/16 and I came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I went in specifically for the Myofascial Massage for my TMJ. He worked wonders! He took his time to listen to my body and feel what was off. He was spot on. I never mentioned specially what was hurting me but he nailed it! He helped release my jaw! Now I am able to find a better position for my jaw to hang which complements my Orofacial Therapy. Totally worth it and will be back next month! Thank you so much! You honestly made a difference in my life! 🙂

How many stars are in our galaxy? About 300 billion? Well, that's my rating.Brian is a wizard. My back, neck, and shoulders have been wrecked by scoliosis surgery and an artist's posture, and I get migraines almost every day. I went in with one of the worst migraines I've had in ages (bad enough that I couldn't even drive myself there); I left feeling so refreshed and painless (PAINLESS!) and energized and happy that I walked the three miles back home in the direction of the blazing 5:00 sun (please understand that I do not jibe with this L.A. sun). I felt reincarnated. Brian artfully navigated the twisted, knotty, titanium nightmare of my back and used a combination of Shiatsu, Amma (stretch), trigger point, and Thai massage to reduce my pain to dust. He knew exactly what I needed, as though he'd spent years living inside my muscles and studying their habits. I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like new pressure points were being born just so he could obliterate them with the perfect combination of strength and gentleness. I threw down for five more sessions on the spot (and I'm on a pretty strict budget--I'm sacrificing comic books and food delivery for this).Brian's totally professional and totally cool. He creates a genuinely comfortable atmosphere and will tailor your massage to make you feel as though the science of massage was developed with the sole mission to one day serve you.

Brian is an excellent Massage Therapist and all around great guy! I had a very painful muscle spasm that was creating a lot of discomfort in my pectoral muscle and shoulder blade. Brian listened to my explanation of the symptoms and my concerns, asked a few very specific questions and then spent an hour addressing the issue and working on that one particular area. When he as done my symptoms were greatly reduced and most of my discomfort was gone. By the next day I was entirely pain free. Past experience would indicate that without Brian's help, the symptoms and pain would have persisted considerably longer. Brian patiently and articulately explained what he was doing as he did it. I felt relaxed and at ease throughout the entire massage. His bedside manner is excellent - he is both professional and personable. I can't recommend him enough! I walked away from the experience with the feeling/intention that I should be getting massage from Brian on a more regular basis!

I originally booked a massage with Brian because of his scheduling flexibility and willingness to make house calls - in itself a huge score to me. But to be honest, even though he came highly recommended, I was skeptical.I've had constant lower back pain for years. It came out of nowhere and has been resistant to doctors/pills, physical therapy, chiropractors, other massage therapists, yoga and energy work. I figured at least I'd get some quiet time and stress relief.Brian brings so much more.He is personal, punctual, professional and knowledgable. He practices a variety of techniques, and he's both present and sensitive enough to determine the best touch for your body at the moment. Of course, he also takes requests and checks in with you to make sure the pressure etc is OK, but I like it best when he just does his thing. From a full session of craniosacral therapy to more direct pressure on my trouble spots, it's pretty astonishing to see how the body is all connected. All I know is that my back feels better for real. It's substantial and, more important, lasting. For the first time ever, the pain has been diminishing with [each] session and the relief I feel goes beyond the time I'm on the table. I can't recommend Brian highly enough.

Brian is a sculptor of the human corporeal form. I first was prompted to see him by my acupuncturist helping me deal with the nagging pain of sciatica. Brian Ramisch works in a fashion that I've dubbed " an inverse autopsy." Anatomically, he puts pieces of the puzzle together. He knows the human body like a great racing driver mechanic knows his engine. In my own case, he's taken a rusty misfiring jalopy and put it into racing form. He knows his stuff. A real blessing to be introduced to him.

Brian is THE BEST!! I regularly have absurdly sore shoulders and neck from working on large scale murals, as well as several other chronic ailments from past surgeries. I have come to Brian in need of different things, sometimes pain relief, or relaxation, muscle stretching, etc, and he has consistently left me feeling AMAZING after an hour on his table! He always seems to find the trouble areas (ones I am not even aware of) and brings about profound relief through his massage and energy work. Before I became a client of Brian's, I had never considered massage as a remedy for chronic pain, and now I book regularly and cannot wait until my next appointment! I would recommend Brian to anyone in a heartbeat! Hands down, my favorite massage therapist in Los Angeles!!!

Highly Recommend! I came to see Brian because I had an important test to take the next day and was so tense and nervous my shoulders and stomach were in knots. Brian addressed my particular issues- where I was holding tension- and skillfully applied his energy work so I left feeling amazing. I've received a lot of massages in my lifetime and this one was tops- up there with a mind-blowing Ten Thousand Waves session I had ten years ago. Not one touch was superfluous: his actions are direct and precise, enhanced by his study of reiki and other techniques. His good nature put me at ease. I was able to face the test grounded, with no nerves. Call this dude.

Brian has a real gift for healing - a strength combined with tenderness in delivering a shiatsu massage that has long lasting results. He was mindful of my specific physical concerns including my titanium hip. My chronic neck pain was dissolved through his work and the effects have been sustained for some time now. I would highly recommend Brian's body work.

I’ve been seeing Brian for a year now and heading into my second year with complete gratitude and appreciation for his work! Brian’s intricate knowledge of the body coupled with his instinctual healing methodologies… is magic! I can’t explain how Brian does what he does… and it really doesn’t matter! He’s my go-to guy for cranio sacral therapy and I’m just so thankful I found him!

I recently threw out my back and had debilitating pain. Through good fortune, I connected with Brian and after our first session, he had noticeably reduced my pain. I've continued to see Brian and have found such relief and increased movement after each visit. He's incredibly intuitive and able to read and understand bodies in a way that is a true gift. It can be hard to find the right person to do body work, and someone you can trust, when in a state of pain. I couldn't be more appreciative to have found Brian as he's been, without a doubt, one of the greatest factors in my recovery.
